At Ascot & Chapels, we maintain a tradition of abiding by an Appointments Only policy. We believe that our clients should have our undivided attention, a work ethic that we adopt across all our stores worldwide to provide customers with an exclusive and memorable shopping experience.

In order to book an appointment, kindly select a location from the link titled Appointments and choose a time convenient for you. We would be happy to schedule a consultation in a store location nearest to you.

Alternatively, you could opt for our Visiting Tailor Service. Please click on the link for additional information regarding this exclusive service.

If you wish to cancel an appointment, do inform us 72 hours prior so we can reschedule it to a convenient time. Please note that if there is a no show 15 minutes after scheduled time, the appointment will be considered cancelled.
